Are there such things as content sharing agreements between websites? I'm in the process of negotiating with another website to use data that they themselves compile, and in exchange allow them to publish our articles on their site and utilize my writing staff for interviews they schedule, which we would also share.

Before we moved forward with anything, we wanted this "in writing" to cover both our ass-ets. Are there any agreements like this in existence?
