Constrution concept

I recently got involved in a Biz in the Constrution industry. We're 2 months old and have 8 million in contracts and 250 million in design which might lead to contracts. We have great biz plan. 8 investors are looking at us, anywhere from 30 million to 100 million. This might take a couple months months of negociation to come to some type of agreement. Our CFO worked for Microsoft and managed 7 billion of bills money.

Our concept is that we are a green builder. Stricktly custom homes. our secret is that we copied the East Coast Modular Mansion concept.
we can build 3000 sqft custom home in 6 weeks and it sells as a stick build. Not your grangma's double wide.

We only service the west coast and the majority of homes are scatered lots.
are next plan for attack is in Land Development so we can control the project.

With our Concept we can build it Faster, Cheaper and Higher Quality. 3 times stronger than a regular home with half the utility bill.

What we need are Developers. They can use are political green agenda for their projects for help with the city. and we can put together joint ventures on projects.

The 8 million in contract are 28 home one is a 3.5 million dollar Lake Tahoe home . The rest are 2000 sqft average.

The green is all nature minded chasing after the global warming shock and awe.

You're right in the fact that I did not sell 8 mill myself.

You're going to have to forgive most people in this forum, as they are young and think online advertising is going to make them millionaires.

Yes, 8 million in contracts is quite minimal within the development sector.

Friend of mine built his $500 million empire in 10 years as a home builder. Still growing.

It may take 10 years or in five years when the global freezing begins we can build environmentally friendly igloos and when the sun comes up be out of biz.
