    consider personality when hiring

    If you are one of the HR people in here you should take this statistic seriously. Executives say their managers spend 7 hours or more a week on average sorting out personality conflicts among staff members.(Accountemps). Precious time doubt is wasted.

    office politics is everything and the nice guy comes last are both very true here.

    most people only use the boss to show off or settle an argument!
