Confused on what to go for first -

Ok recently I've made a few posts on this forum and some people may have grasped my ideas.

I'm thinking of two things -

A FREE Calender for Universities in my area - financed purely by advertising

Secondly, a Summer School.

Now I am really confused as to which one to go in for, coz whichever one I go for will require maximum effort.

Now if I go for the Calender thing, I can start it ASAP. Like build the website up, start marketing it right away and try to get some interest.

The School thing is a much bigger project and even that I would have to start now but the plan is, that it will officially launch as in a real place in the summer of 2008. The profits are much higher but then there is much more paper work also and also some travel.

I'm not sure what one to go for -

I am leaning on the Summer School project and see if I can make it "real". I've got a lot of planned out on paper and in my mind - just legal matters I'm stuck on

I forgot to add -

The thing I am not looking forward to if I go for the Summer School option is...I need to pay staff and so I am going to have to Register some sort of company and create wageslips for them that goes directly into their account and then obviously the VAT Tax thing will come into it and things like National Insurance...I'd probably have to take on an accountant to handle that shit for me too.

That is what I am not looking forward to and am also not to clear about.

To be honest, you REALLY need to think both concepts out a little better. For someone with your experience, work on the calendar, learn some business basics, and then move on to bigger projects.
