    Concepts\Ideas from other countries?

Is their a term\name\nickname for the idea of taking a concept, idea, or product that is popular in one country and using it in another country?
Is their a website that shows what concepts, ideas, or products are the latest craze around the world?

Yes, geographic arbitrage (or international arbitrage) is still alive even in today's global village. Fabrice Grinda, a French entrepreneur has leveraged this concept more than once in his career. For more details, check out:

As for websites that talk about the latest craze in a country, I'm not sure. There are some generic 'trend sites' (search this forum for some links), but I don't know about country specific ones. That in of itself could be a good opportunity: offer information on the latest trends in some countries to budding entrepreneurs in others.

the nasty equivalent is called patent trolling
