    Competing Company contracts...

Im doing IT recycling and so far its been working really well.

I have called a few larger organizations and they all seem to have existing contracts with other companies.

My question is how can I compete on those contracts? the people who I speak too dont seem very interested in dealing with me as they already have someone.

What can I do in such a circumstance?

Wow... could you pm me for more information on your business? I'm interested to see if it would do in the location of our country.

    Respects,

You need to determine what competitive advantage you have over your competitors. That is step one.
