College Town Moving business

hey everyone, I'm a student at Western Michigan University looking to start my own moving business. My targeted market is mainly students living in dorms, but I would still move those not in a dorm setting. Just wondering if anyone has any good advice/ideas about how I could really make this business work well like hiring, marketing, and I especially need legal advice about insurance and the laws/regulations set on moving companies. I also have a general idea of what equipment I would need, but any good advice on this matter is also appreciated.
