Hi guys! I would appreciate anyone reading this to give me their thoughts as I've invested alot of time and money into developing a new iPhone application.
I've created a FREE party/event finder application that I'm about to submit to the app store. The app uses the GPS on your iphone to show events that are within a 10mile radius of their current location. The app is targeted towards college students who might be bored on a Friday night and have nothing to do. They check the app and immediately they can see the upcoming parties around them. I'm not gonna go into more details in case someone steals this 'cool idea'You'll be able to download it yourself a bit later
My original plan was to have the app available and marketed to just one city or campus by campus, let it build some word of mouth and hype in the city, and then expand to other regions. But now I'm thinking it might be a better idea to make the app available worldwide, however that might prove to be ineffective and the app may turn out to be a fail.
I've just been thinking and thinking about what to do here, as this decision will ultimately decide whether it's a success or not.
Once again, ANY FEEDBACK would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!
Thanks guys!!
Nick.
