I did not know what good coffee was until I went to Rome. I do not know what they do to the coffee beans, but it tastes delicious.

Every major coffee shop that I've been to alike Starbucks and Caribou, is just horrible. One would think that you must work very hard to make it that bad, however when you come in they can make a crappy cup of coffee or espresso effortlessly.

The main thing that these brands are riding on is a trend. They have good and hip design going for them and they are able to attract customers that way.

Am I alone with this kind of experience or am I missing a certain coffee shop that can make coffee taste great again?
