Clients!!!

I am currently starting an online business. But I'm also trying to find software that will analyse client details. Like excel where your able to create graphs from ages stats or postcodes. I think this is really important when understanding your clients and very helpful for marketing.

Just wondering if anyone has come across such software before....?

I think Act! might be the software you're after. Haven't used it myself but it's the standard for customer management.

Nah I've tried ACT! and FileMaker and neither have the ability to run analysis on your client database. There's gotta be something out there....

I did some searching for something like that, tried ACT! and Maximizer but they didnt seem to have the features.

I was especially looking to enter additional custom fields, and have them searchable.

Microsoft Access?

There are two more I identified but havnt looked further. Let me know if either have these featured.

I guess the other option would be to build an online database, you could combine a couple of programs so it contains whatever information you want and so it is searchable.

Right now I just use my PalmDesktop to manage info, dates, tasks, etc. I would like to be able to enter responses from surveys though and build reports from them.

You could always use Act! and export the necessary data to analyze it in excel or something.

Why not just install an online stats. There's a free one and there's a paid one.

mpnetwork if your looking for a software which has customisable database setup has a play round with FileMaker Pro.

But it seems that the only way to get any sort of analysis features is from doing it all online.....our doing your own programing in excel. Not exactly time effiecent...especially if your looking for a weekly report type setup.

Thanks guys
