Chemicals for a cosmetic product - who to talk to?

    Hi guys

I want to produce another version of a product for the beauty/cosmetic industry. It is a great product which I use every day, I and I would like to produce (not copy), a similar product, only slightly different.

    The product contains:

Aqua, Magnesium sulfate, VP/VA Copolymer, Focus Vesiculosus, Extract, Parfume, PEG-40 Hydrogenated Castor Oil, Propylene Glycol, C12-15 Pareth-12, Citric Acid, Phenoxyethanol, Sodium Benzoate.
    pH-value ca. 4,5

How do I go around and create a product containing with such a formula? What sort of people do I have to talk to? And does anybody have any experience within the cosmetic production field?

Looking forward to be hearing from you,
    Thanks in advance

    Regards

Your mind is like a parachute - if it isn't open, it doesn't work
