    Charitable Investing

Thank you for your interest in our Shwan Art Lease Project. Our essential goal is to raise $200 million for charity over the next 3 years. In the process we will also be able to deliver $15 million a year in royalty payments to our patrons (individuals or companies)
who own original collections of art (about $50,000 per patron per year).

This royalty revenue can either be used by the patron as personal or business revenue or it can be transferred to some other local non profit purpose such as a charity, foundation, sports group, or even a political candidate or cause.

In a nutshell the purchase price of a 30 piece collection of original art is $38,500. The anticipated royalty revenue over the next 36-48 months is $150,000. The appraised value of the art is considerably higher than the cost because of the artist’s philanthropic involvement with our crusade. Appraisals on all collections are still underway but are very attractive.

Collections may be purchased in their entirety or on a fractional basis. $5,000 for example would purchase a 1/8th portion generating a 3 year royalty payment of almost $20,000 while holding original art appraised at $20,000 plus.

A refundable $5,000 deposit will hold an entire collection for up to 30 days while the balance owing is being raised. We have a number of strategies that can help patrons do that. This is an incredible fund raising opportunity for any non profit group.

We anticipate being sold out of the remaining collections by mid August and into reproduction and revenue generation by September. We believe this to be an excellent small niche, short term, high return investment opportunity that can compliment other financial strategies while massively aiding worthwhile charitable causes across North America. You really can make a substantial profit while making a sustainable difference.

For all the details and mechanics of this unique project we have a short presentation at the gallery as well as a complete marketing plan you can take away with you. Simply call the office and book a time to review the project and see if this is something you might want to get involved with. We know you will be glad you did. Even if this is not something you want to do it is definitely something you need to know about.

I'm confused....sorry....but when you start off with "Thank you for your interest"......was someone asking about this?

I saw Charitable Investing and thought I would see something like Kiva.org or rockCANroll
