    ***Celebrity Booking Agents Needed!***

I own a company called Powerhouse Entertainment. One of my divisions is a celebrity booking division.

Basically clubs, bars, and other venues around the nation need to book celebrity talent now and then to help boost bar sales and venue recognition.

I am looking for more celebrity booking agents around the nation to help book these celebrities at venues.

I pay a 50% commission on leads that you generate yourself and 25% commission on leads that I hand you personally.

Your job is simple. All you have to do is contact venues in your assigned city and answer any questions they have and take their booking requests. I handle everything else.

Example: Client emails you looking to book a playboy model for their venue within the month. You take their info and request and hand it to me. I book the Playboy model for $1,500 and we charge the venue $2,500. Our gross profit is $1,000 so your cut is $500.

If a venue wants Jamie Foxx and their budget is $20,000 and we get him for $17,000 then the gross profit is $3,000 and your cut is $1,500. And all for a couple hours of work and a few emails/phone calls.

If you're interested email me at jc@powerhouse-ent.com.

wow...how is this working for you in colorado...man..in most cities.. they know agents get 15%, and usually from the artist. And they usually know how much they cost

if you have that much markup...I need to get you celebrities and you sell them!

Playboy girls are usually less than a grand! sometimes as low as $500

Agents do get their 15%. We act as a broker service. And you have to remember that most people have no idea how much celebrities actually cost. That's due to the fact that celebrity prices are like the stock market. Depending on what's going on their prices can be really high one day and really low the next so it's all relative.

The venue or promoter gives you their budget and you try to either max out their budget or bump it a little to give yourself a good profit. You don't want to price gouge them but you want to make enough profit to make it worth your while.

There are ways to get big celebrities for super low costs but you can still retail them out at fair market price and make a killing.

My buddy does this and he made $20k off one booking. That's rare obviously but it shows you how you can manipulate a back end situation to optimize your gross profit.

Besides, it's not a bad way to make some money for just a few emails/phone calls.

i was just wondering about your market...most nightclub owners are pretty savvy (stingy) so they try to find the best pricing.

Every buyer is stingy. It's the nature of the American consumer. Everyone wants something for super cheap even if it's worth more.

The difference is who is a better negotiator. There are quite a few tricks to the trade to keep the venues paying top dollar. Those who sign on with me find out what those tricks are.

nightclub owners are a totally different breed. Its more than stingy and negotiation...its a mindset.

It also has to do with market...oregon is a small market, I would say they are not as informed as other markets where celebrities come often and there is competition as to who is offering it.

You can't mark up that much in a major market, because they already know several agents/sub agents who have hit them with lower pricing for the exact same act.

I know this, because I have consistently offered better pricing to clubs in my area, then guys who try to markup...and still many owners know how to go direct to agents etc.

And celebrity access and others are agressively going after more and more club owners for subscriptions, which I believe is the death of middlemen.

If you can pull those "tricks" off in a top market like tampa bay...I will pay you handsomely for services and also get you 5 employees.

I'm not sure what you mean by how you would pay me handsomely and provide me with 5 employees. I bring on talent buyers and pay them. If you're in the Tampa area and are interested in coming on board with us let me know and you can have that territory as your own.

I'm saying I know quite a few people who would love to work for you if you were able to mark up pricing in tampa bay...I do not believe its possible.

The reality is...without relationships with the agents, you won't be able to markup in the amounts your talking...or even enough to make it worth someones while.

You would have to be able to show your "tricks" actually work, though.

There are over a 2 dozen clubs that book live entertainment here in tampa bay.
