    Canadian Citizen wanting to start-up in the U.S

    I'm curretly looking to start-up something in the U.S.A, I have been trying to find someone to help me out, but it's not as easy as I thought it would be to find information about this.

    If their is someone on this forum it would be great or at least someone who can direct me to the right person.
