Can these Brick Grill BBQ work?

Last summer I made this as a side project for my home, I sold two of them for $1400 each(Canadian) to family friends who seen it. I was wondering if this idea could fly and if i should put my time/effort/money into this.

We have them over in the UK they are not the best of sellers i have to say the traditional stainless ones wins hand down.
