We have been asked the above-mentioned question by many folks and what are the benefits for doing that? incorporate your business other than your home state. But there are various issues those have to be considered before approaching this concept. If you are planning to incorporate your business in other state to avoid paying taxes, then it is technically a wrong concept.

There are lots of benefits to incorporate in another state other than your home state BUT if you're doing business in your home state, you will need to file a foreign corp in your home state as well. Having said that, some states are much more business friendly and aside from more protection, you also have faster processing of paperwork among other advantages. I don't have a full list of it all but its worth looking into for sure.
