I can't say which is the best site, but I stumbled across something interesting a few months ago. It is a site displaying a variety of well known corporate logos, only remade with a web 2.0 style. Could be inspiring if you are looking to make a logo look a little more modern. Some of these are 3d, so they might be useful.
