Can anyone on here help me with SEO (Search Engine Opt.) for my website?

    Hello everyone,
I was wondering if anyone on here was pretty good with SEO, and if they could maybe so something with my website to choose good keywords, or anything that would help with it being noticed more on different search engines?

    Thanks!

Here is the general rule of thumb when dealing with SEO. SEO is expensive and a firm that knows what they are doing know their service fetches a large price per month. SEO is built over a long period of time - any company that claims they can get you to the top of Google is lying or using black hat methods.

We offer SEO and its $300 dollars a month and we work on page and off page. On page is really important and should not be neglected. Most off page things you can do yourself such as create quality backlinks with websites similar to your site's content, signature back links, article submission and other methods.

It cost about $1.6k to get a seo ready website over here. I wonder how true it is after reading this.

I don't know what your budget is, but if you don't have the skills/knowledge to successfully market your business online, than you should hire the right professional to do it for you.
You could start some basic SEO on your own like submitting your site to key directories, and listing it in local search engines. Starting a blog would also be helpful if you post quality content.

If SEO is so hard and expensive why was I able to brand the name "Lazyguymedia" with little to no effort. Just type that into Google and see what pops up.. Don't forget the quotes and remember this was a brand experiment I did and I spent less than 1 hour putting it together. If I spent months at it, the quotes could drop off and I would own page 1 and 2. I nearly own page one without quotes already.

I don't think that's the essence of SEO, I mean anyone could spend 10 mins to set up a website and name it "blahblahblah media", as long as its not a common name. Then open a facebook page, link to your website, then you have one link. Since nobody else really uses the name "blah blah blah media" of coz Google algorithm will place you at the top. That's not the point because nobody is going to search for "blah blah blah media". True SEO is to be ranked on first page for "media production company", because that's what people might search.

I am not trying to be offensive, just stating a fact that SEO is a serious matter and takes time and cash.

    Hi

I am smelling a partnership opportunity here. We are in related industries who share a similar client base. To be completely honest, I think your expertise is in making promotional videos while the web design part of the service still have room for improvement. On the other hand, we have no idea how to make those videos (check the video on our home page, we have another one coming, both of them were outsourced to someone like you), but make awesome websites. Please PM me your contact info if you would like to further discuss about a partnership where we can refer clients to each other and earn commissions. Thanks.
