    buying land on ebay

Can you really buy land off ebay and get a good deal?
It just seems hard for me to believe that it would be a good place to buy land.

Is it possible to find really good deals there, or even decent deals?

I was wondering about this in the context of all the foreclosures and selling as a result of the sub prime crisis.

You don't necessarily get what you pay for. A woman saw an ebay promo for a house for $1, so she bid and won. The fine print: the house is in Michigan, in an area where most houses are abandoned. It's basically a frame with shingle siding and a leaky roof. AND it comes with $800 in back taxes. She's hoping to turn a profit, somehow. She of course had no way of knowing this, since she lives in Chicago. If a deal is too good to be true, it is.

eBay is in the past. The money is no longer flowing like it did. (at least for me)

Honestly I haven't shopped on eBay in forever.

As soon as you can physically go and see it ... awesome! Go for it.

Do your research. Get tests done on that land. Paid money to make sure you are actually getting a good deal!

You have to research first on the location of the land you're buying.
Review its legal documents. Don't get fooled easily with ON SALE on Real Estate @ Ebay.
