buying corporation and was wondering if can find a history on it

sup so im new to the forum and i have the recently came across the opportunity to buy a corporation from a friend of a friend... so my question to all my fellow ye readers is i already verified he owns it thru the state office.. and was wondering if there is any way to know if he has already started setting up credit for it and if he has if he has good credit for the corp or if its totally crapshooted and not worth the buy... all responses welcome thanks!!

You could just ask him to provide a current copy of the companies credit report. It is a very reasonable request since you are considering buying it. Hope this helps.
