Okay my friend sand I have been debating this for awhile. Okay, what if workers in your company were forming a union. If on the day they were having a meeting to join the union you hired 6 guys, 6'2" and 300 Lbs all mussle and just had the stand there. Is this a legal tactic to get the Union to gie up on there efforts. I think that it is illegal, but my friend doesn't think so. what do you guys think?
