Can you please elaborate on this issue a bit more. The answer I know is yes, but what exactly is your expectations?
I am expecting to open the business in a country i am not residing in, and open shop there, The main office will be in that country. Is this good enough?
Well yeah, I am sure its possible to open it up in another country without having to reside there, but why not open one up in your home country though? Then later down the line open it in the outsourced country so that you can have a branch office there?
obviously the laws vary from country to country, but typically it will be required that you are registered in a country if you have an actual physical location there. Just like here in the United States, when a company has several offices in different states, each physical office is required to be registered in the state its located. I'm not an expert in this area, but as I understand it, you don't necessarily need to be registered unless you are importing/exporting and/or have an actual physical location where you are wanting to do business (I'm sure there are other criteria as well)

And if it does come to the point of having to need a physical address in that country, I am sure there are "virtual office" companies that'll offer the physical address service for a small amount monthly, but atleast you'll be assured you have a physical place address in another country.
Thanks guys, i appreciate the replies
Sure thing.... good luck.
yeh man, so i guess i will just have to go to the business bureau of the country
or hire an attorney that is familiar with your industry and the countries you want to do business in. You will probably want an attorney anyway, if you don't already have one, even if you do most of the work yourself.
