I'm just wondering where you can find out all the business rules for different markets. Is there a website with them on?

I'm thinking of starting up my own business but need to know if there are any rules restricting me.

ideally at the moment i was thinking along the lines of selling english football shirts. Just would like to know where i can find these out...

Well, this is a very broad subject. But, I would initially look at the more important things such as copyrights and licensing.
