    Business knowledge

Hey everybody I am 22 years old and a couple of partners and I are invested in a franchise chain. We bought a laundromat/laundry business (in the process of buying it, transition mode in training). This is more or less a family business bought it for $1.2 million, family is in the finance business. I am a major shareholder/partner in the company so my performance is a big deal. Before this I didn't go to college just finished high school but made some failed business attempts here and there but nothing too crazy. I am a lazy guy everybody I work with is twice or 3 times my age and generally my work and everything is way more laid back then everybody else however I will be managing people that are twice as fast on the machines. Any advice there? Also I am highly interested in investments flipping houses what is the best way to gain knowledge there college?

Hi there carbine. I can see no problem in that except your self confessed laziness. That would be a big factor since your performance is expected. Since everyone you'll work with are twice or thrice your age, you should use the age gap to stand out and show the vigor of your youth! Give up the procrastination and get in there, and put some nice music on to keep you goin'.

If you are as lazy as you say you are maybe you can become a good invester, lazy is one of the most expensive luxuries a man can have. I certainly hope you can afford it. Steve
