I always take a look at these forums to push our company and hiring & I come across a lot of people with business ideas that are very strange. A word of advice to a lot of young entrepreneurs.

Business should be practical there is no magic in it. Identify a problem and correct it the correction creates your profit. Keep things simple.

Look at Facebook's success. People say "oh I want to create the next Facebook", when they don't realize that all Facebook is, is a better version of Myspace. I think young entrepreneurs should know that it's more likely to be a "competing" idea that will be successful than a brand new venture.

Well said, doing Business is even harder than pity office jobs where you have tons of responsibilities with low amount of salary and extra benefits. So, get prepared to face the lot of difficulties while entering into business career.
