About LinkBacksWhat are some required insurances that a business need. I am starting something like Take out Taxi in my area, and have already figured out the insurances on the drivers and cars, workmans comp... but what else would be needed? Anybody know?

I know this might not be the answer you are looking for, but this question is best suited for your attorney.
Don't take advice from random people. Make sure it is someone who is familiar with your industry and who is willing to back you up just in case you get into trouble.

Try ask a Taxi company.. with this type of company that involve life (I mean you do pick and drive people around) you better be well prepare

Syia, It's not really a taxi service. It's a Food Delivery Service really.. But we figured out how to handle all of the insurances that we could possible need. We really only need something to cover the office things. Don't even have to pay those FICA taxes and everything, so this is REALLY helping the bottom line.
