Hi,

Im currently looking for some legal advice about renting videogames...And as i understand i need a contract from the publishers,but im currently in Eastern Europe and is there maybe a way to put up a website here and rent them out lets say like this: i advertise myself as "come and borrow a game from a friend" rather then "Rent videogames Online" ,i charge customers for the "delivery" which is actually the fee for the renting. Also i buy original games(ofcourse) and take them out from the original box and put the CD into custom envelope....
Could this work,or how to solve this issue,because getting a contract with the publishers is no joke and im not an enterprise,so why would they give it to me in the first place.Plus they have contracts with the local distributers and my business moving in would be a conflict of their interests,because the retail sale prices would drop and freeze.

If anyone has any advice or good pointers,i would listen and read gladly!
