Hugh... If you had all the money in the world, what would you spend your time doing? What are your passions?

Mine are meeting new people, building relationships, and helping people take their power back. Following these passions led me to find Send Out Cards, and now my wife and I make a full time income by working 2-4 hours per day.

If you find a product/service that fits your lifestyle, Network Marketing is the best deal going. Low overhead (we started our company for under $500), unlimited income potential & full freedom of lifestyle design.

Two years ago I was working a 'job' and looking for an opportunity. Now, my wife and I are selling the house we bought, and will be moving to Australia to bring our greeting card company international. Traditional businesses simply pale in comparison.

    Hi,

If this is your first business, I highly recommend starting small with a business that doesn't cost you much.

You don't want to spend $100k on a business and then lose all of that.

Now to figure out what you want to start, you need to answer two questions.

    1. What is it you like to do? What do you enjoy doing?
    2. What kind of knowledge do you have? (retail, engineering, cooking).

Once you answer those two, it will be quite easy to have a start up business for you.

I agree with the above posts - find something that you are interested in, and figure out a way to capitalize doing it. Since you're already working full time, you'll be able to try a few different things without necessary relying on them to pay the bills.

E-ventures seem to be all the rage. Selling products, services, etc online has led to many a millionaire. If you have a background in web design (or any computer-related field), you can give that a try.

As far as what you are currently doing for a living- is there a chance that you could start doing something similar on the side?
