Why not use a local print shop in your area?
You would be able to see their previous work in person and in your hands before even purchasing. I dont understand the quickness to use the net for something like this.

how much do you want printed? how many sides? how much color?
I might be able to do it for you.
I'm considering a venture into printing as I have developed good contacts through my ecommerce store. Let me know.
My girlfriend's dad gets 1000 business cards for $15-$25. Not sure what company he goes through I'll ask him. They are white with just black text. No designs or anything. Good place to start if you are a small business owner.
I have used www.vistaprint.com in the past and didn't have any problems with them.

I kbnow alot of people who have used visaprint but if you have ''Microsoft Picture It'' you can creat them yourself. All then you need is the business card paper to print them out and you can do it on a normal printer.
another vista print advocate here but there are many options out there

Vistaprint.com is my favorite. Great service, and they've always got sweet deals. The deals get even better after you make your first purchase. I just got an offer for 250 free premium business cards...just pay s&h. I got my first 250 for under $6 and they look great.
