    Business builders?

Is there a specific name for people who build businesses, just to sell them? Does anyone here do that? What is the potential profit on this???

In this economy, I would say that would be risky. To build a successful business in order to sell it takes a good bank roll and time. There is always the BIG risk of not selling it. What I've read recently, and it seems to be catching on is "flipping business". With the real estate market slumping, professional "house flippers" are actually turning to the business world and becoming "business flippers". BUT, the only articles I've read are about small business (usually restaurants) that get a major overhaul and start under a new name. If you want to know about going into Ford, reconstructing it, and then selling it off, then that may be a little bit beyond my knowledge. What kind of business are you looking to start and sell, or maybe even buy and flip?
