Budgeting

I have been working on some paper work to take show people what i want to do and how much it will cost. I am trying to start an arcade/hang out with video games pool tables, juice bar, and dance floor. This is a link to the spread sheet that I have been putting my information into. Please look at it and give me input on what i need or dont need.

I am also looking at doing a Lock-in type of thing on New Years Eve. Does anyone have and suggestions on what do do or activities. I want to have a dance with a live DJ, Video games like X-box and PS3 and laser tag. If you have done a lock in please let me know what you did to keep ever entertained.
