Hello everyone ,

I am "digging" over the network for information and asking many experts which in the business about becoming an organization which provide Trading platform for long term investors and day traders as well.

Our main revenue centers is:
1. Commisions from trading.
2. Commisions from exchange the local currency to USD.
3. Interest rates of credit for O/N holdings.(1:4)

My first plan was to get connect with broker for bring a white label trading platform (like IB - under non disclosed sub accounts) , and get connect with custody (Penson / Pershing) for writing and etc.

My questions are:
1. Where is the best to register the company ? (US / Kaymen Islands / Cyprus )
2. Do we have to become Broker Dealer (Buying a broker-dealer firm is also an option)?
3. Is there any other ways that i should know about ?

Any suggestions ?
