Books have inspired you to make moves (or at all)

So recently I picked up the book "the 4-hour work week". I'm about 6 chapters in so far, since I have been reading it my mindset has shifted (for the better). Was just curious about some other books other entrepenuers here recommend and have been inspired by.

    "Reality Check" by Guy Kawasaki

I am currently reading "Reality Check" by Guy Kawasaki and its a very good book for the practical aspect of Entrepreneurship. There are numerous 2-3 page chapters and give you an insight from working on ideas, to pitching for VC (if you have to), communication, products and a lot more.

Climbing the Rock, Unemployed to Entrepreneur
This is a book I wrote after years of studying successful people. I have read 4 hour work week and have been incorporating several elements of what he discusses into my life. I have built a multi-million dollar business in 5 years. It has been my passion and consumed me for these years. I am now ready to start enjoying the fruits of my labor as 4 hour work week discusses.

You should also check out Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Its a classic.

WOW! Great question. I would recommend reading Ryan Blair's new book, "Nothing to lose" and Gary Vaynerchuk's book, "Crush it". Two of the best books for getting you started, motivated and on the road to success. Just keep in mind, passion and having a drive to make it BIG are two components that must from from you, within. Got that? Then you are set to go. Good luck!

Hi, This is my first post.
There are plenty of books that inspired me to continue on my journey of entrepreneurship. I am listing out some of them.

1> Business Stripped bare: Richard Branson
+ I liked the way he wrote one chapter in it about taking risks and living life to the fullest. He also talks about the fact that even though he is the known face of Virgin, it will not collapse if something happens to him tomorrow. The book has some excellent insights on entrepreneurship.
    2> Simplyfly: Capt. Gopinath
+ He owned an operated India's low cost airline and created a revolution of sorts. Well written and full of funny incidents from his life. A great book for people who need to have the confirmation that an entrepreneur has to go through different stages to become successful. An underrated book but just great.
    3> The Warren Buffet way
+ Nothing better than the lord. His simplicity is a charm. The fact that he still stays in a modest apartment and only recently purchased a jet when he could have done so years ago speaks volumes about the man. This book has taught me to stay humble and on course in face of all odds.
4> Any of the books by Peter Drucker:
+ Master of management. You can finish your MBA just by reading his book. Masterful, insightful and just great. No more words.
5> Only the paranoid survive by Andy Grove
+ The reason that you need to be adpatable are explained here. He sheds light on what made Intel a powerhouse today.
6> The Welch way by Jack Welch
+ a masterful insight of way of workings of the most successful man in the history of management. It has great tips on how to manage your company and its workforce.
    7>Irrational Exuberance: Robert Schiller
+ I like this book because it discards the obvious that house is a great investment. It builds on the argument by supplying various reasons and data to support it. I have not seen people talking much about it but its a masterpiece.
