Quickbooks online is pretty good and is used by lots of small businesses out there.

There's a lot of them. Just do a quick google search. There is Microsoft Money, but I have never used it, nor heard any reviews about it.

Quickbooks is a much better tool. It's widely adopted by businesses and banks nationally, can easily be converted to the desktop version if you opt in for the online version (which can be accessed anywhere unlike MS Money) and is highly compatible with bank checks.

MS Money is an insufficient product even though it can get the job done. It's much easier to manage it online.
