Thanks for the responses!
So far, I have not had a single problem with my Bold.
As far as the other models, I've had the 8800, the Pearl, my wife had the newer version of the Pearl, and I've used the Curve. The Bold has everything that was lacking in the other versions. The Pearl's keyboard is too small, and the adaptive text gets really annoying. The 8800 was great, but didn't have a camera. The Curve has a great form factor, but I had to decide between WiFi and 3g.
The Bold has all of these, with the edition of a beautiful screen (The screen is 1/2 the size of the iPhone's, but amazingly has the same resolution). The Bold has built in Divx/MP4 video playback, and the great screen makes it easy to watch movies on the phone. The video/photo camera is pretty good, and the ability to record Voice Notes comes in handy fairly often.
Once again, the flagship feature of Blackberry products is the email and messaging functionality. The iPhone still doesn't have true Push capability (you can use either MobileMe or gMail, but not both). I loved the phone's other features, but the lack of Copy and Paste got REALLY annoying. Many small business owners have switched to the iPhone, but all of the business execs and millionaires that I network with use Blackberries.
Sophie -- the new flip Pearl is great for someone that needs a flip phone, but many reviewers have been disappointed with the build quality of the phone. I would try it out and make sure that it's what I was looking for.
CThompson -- I would definitely categorize the Bold as being for business users, and the Curve as a casual BB experience. That's pretty much how RIM has been marketing the phones. Many woman that I know (my wife included) like the size and shape of the Pearl, as the Bold and Curve are a little too big for easy carry.
