Okay BizBuddy...you seem to be a know it all so I am calling you out. From what I have seen, your have no qualifications and your posts lack business experience. Your most recent post under the Penny Drinks thread was lacking thought and a sorry excuse for a constructive response.

It's not that I mind people like BizBuddy giving harsh criticism (Akula does the same)... I have a problem with the said criticism having absolutely NO construction (that's where he differs from somone like Akula).

BizBuddy... If you're going to be negative, at least back it up and explain yourself. One liners simply don't cut it... Do your research.

If you can't do any of the above, then I believe most members probably wouldn't want you here.

Come on now guys, while I agree with the majority of what you are saying there is no need for such an attack on a member. While his posts (only 18 of them) are usually no more than 2 sentences long and often filled with hatred, he is still a member and deserves the same amount of respect as you. The only person who should be taking action is bizbuddy...not you or me. He just needs to improve his delivery of opinion. Who knows, with only 18 posts he might not be around for long...afterall wowser came...made a big fuss...talked a load of sh*t and now I haven't seen him in a week or two.

Hey everyone - Normally I would not have established a thread like this but sometimes you have to get your hands dirty. To be honest, his lack of "constructive" criticism doesn't really bother me, it is his obvious lack of business education and experience that gets me. If a well established member who has companies and/or at least attempts to create companies made a post such as his...I may be able to live with it. I wonder if he knows what a profit margin or a "real business" is.

Talking about constructive. I wonder how constructive this thread is, other than a waste of time. It would be nice if we can move to something else that bring benefits to all.

I don't think that it is a good practice to pick on any member outside of the context of the thread in which the discussion about a topic is taking place.

If anyone has a problem with a member they should take their boldness to that member and/or report it to the site admin.

This is not a high school reunion where the bullies rally their buddies to pick on the weakest kid. Let's get back to business, this is the real world. In the real world you can’t afford to take things personal, unless you are on the (customer) receiving end.

Not to stick up for the "bad guy" here but when I first posted my first post and he called me a "noob" which I thought was childish as well...I investigated his posts and found he was aggressively critical to say the least...so I sent him a private message asking what makes him so special and what he did....and kindly explained it to me and said let me know if you have anymore questions

But overall the situation needed to be addressed.
