I won a large goverment contract starting in May need to add another 35 employees need another 150k in capital to do it. Will pay back 225k within 6 months anyone intrested email me at jayny11 (you know the symbol) yahoo.com and only serious people. 12 years in this business I own and excellant track record with Vendors this was a startup less than 2 years ago that is why bank wont lend need either a private investor or a hard money lender.

If you have a contract from the government, in hand, then there are banks that will lend you the money you need. I am sorry if this is legit but it sounds absolutely ridiculous. You are willing to pay 75K in interest on a 150k loan in six months????? That is insane and it assumes that you are making more than 50% profit margin or you could not make any money in the end after paying off the loan. if this is legit you need to supply websites, names, and proof of contract
