I have recently registered a new company (close corporation) in South Africa and it has, currently, one member which is the founder [Yandisa Mtyide]. I have constructed a website that will host services and solutions for the new company. We offer online solutions and services to a generic market and these may range from Jobs, Modeling, Promotions advertising/marketing etc.

I am a software engineer in Cape Town and very development driven. I need other expertise to join the company as members of the board. I have set aside shares (interest percentage) for the following study/profession fields to new and potential members:

1. Marketing (Production Division) - marketing officer to run the marketing duties for the newly formed company
2. Finance (Billing Division) - finance officer to run financial operations for the newly formed company
3. 2 .NET Experienced Developers (Production Division) - I need to boost the development division (production) to assist with the maintenance and development of our cutting-edge in-house projects.

These above are only subject to potential members of the board and must reside in South Africa. You should, however, be experienced and have worked in the industry for atleast a year or two.
