I just wanted to take the time to warn all entrepreneurs out there. I have been looking for investors and decided to try out FindThatMoney.com. I decided to try the free version, which allows you to receive mail, but not read it or respond back (you must upgrade to a paid version for this). I kept my free packet for about two weeks. In those two weeks, I probably received about 40 messages in my inbox. I decided to pay the $149, which is the cheapest packet. After upgrading, I never received another message and none of the messages that I responded to responded back.
So I created another free account to make sure that it was what it seemed. In less than a week, I had once again received 18 messages in my inbox.
Don't fall for this scam. With your free version, you will receive MANY MANY messages, which is all a scam to get you to upgrade to a paid version to read your messages. I know how entrepreneurs are sometimes so anxious and desperate to gain investors that we can sometimes get involved in scams and not realize it until it is too late. So this is a fair warning, DO NOT USE FINDTHATMONEY.COM. Yes, it is really all a scam.
