    Wink Best Ways of advertising???

    I have heard of many ways of advertising..as far as posting in the forums, Instant Buzz, Traffic Swarm, adwords. I just want to know in yalls in oppinion..what is the best advertising and what brings the best conversions..

    Why don't you try for free publicity? That is what I did. I had postcards with my product on it and sent to magazines, TV shows, newspapers etc.

    If you have a small service business try to get a story about your business in the local papers. Hold a special event like a sidewalk sale or maybe a tasting station on the street and call the newspaper.

    Get involved with the local community fairs, there is press there too.

    If you could and your business can prosper from it, use a publicist. I am going to start using Orca Communications in Arizona, U.S.

    I've been pushing for two years for free publicity and did very well but they can do better in a month but it will cost me $4000. I think it is worth it. If you have a single product like mine or a small business that does not pull alot of profits you might have to rely on free publicity. A full page ad in a little trade magazine would cost me 10Gs...a publicist less than half.

    Just a thought...don't know what your business is...good luck though!
