Best way to find a Mentor?

    Hey YE!

I've been struggling with staying on top of my professional life, let alone helping motivate the team I work with. I'm having a little bit of trouble with staying on track.

Where is the best place to find a successful entrepreneur to help me out?

    Thanks!

Are you looking for a mentor, a coach, or a mastermind group?

I see a mentor as someone who will share their knowledge with you and in return you would work for free for them. To find a mentor look for people who have already had success in the specific area that you want to create success in. Approach them by explaining how much you respect what they have accomplished and you are willing to work for them a certain amount of hours or time period in order to learn from them.

If you are just trying to get on track a coach may be exactly what you need to be held accountable to your specific goals and objectives.

A mastermind group is another great option. You can join a group of other successful entrepreneurs and you get to learn from one another and solve each others problems together.

This is something im pretty familiar life. While we focus on advertising and web design i personally put alot of time in making sure the business as a whole is on one page. Im working with a magazine company right now struggling to put a team together and get things off the ground. So, i arranged interviews for writers and other people like that. I also like to leave a client knowing that everything is put together and functioning.

Find one who is also willing to invest for a small share. That way he can also be willing to put more passion to it.
