    Best Way Of Offline Marketing?

One of the best and most inexpensive ways to market your business locally is by word of mouth. Word spreads fast and this can be beneficial for freelancers who are trying to gain new clients and increase their popularity.Another way to get the word out regarding your freelance business in your local area is to take advantage of free local magazines/newspapers available in your vicinity.

In your views, which is the best way of offline marketing?

In my opinion one of the best ways to market off line is either throwing fliers on cars on college campuses, mall parking lots or even movie theater parking lots. It's more effective to use Money Drop cards, Because it has more of an effect on people. But the drop card must be in relation to what the person is doing.

For example: On a money drop card i put on mall cars, would say Need some more money to do some more shopping, Go Here.....or something to that effect!

If you want some money drop cards here the link! I hope it helps you because its has brought me 5 figures this month.

    1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50, and 100 Dollar Bill Business Cards, Drop Cards, and Sizzle Cards

One-to-one sales efforts go a long way, depending on what you are selling. Obviously, this won't work for a $5, one-time item. But say you are an agent for a business VoIP service - it is worth your effort and time to approach prospects in person to sell to them.

A good way of using dollar bill cards is to use them as retail coupons. We have a lot of retailers that will use our AdBills for in-store coupons and they produce very good results. AdBills are perfect for small businesses where they rely on walk-in business and for network marketers that are building business locally and want to market to local customers.

Other ways of marketing offline and reaching targeted demographics and nationwide consumers is magazine ads like Time magazine, Entrepreneur and many others. Select a magazine that your customers would relate to and start there. Some of the best online marketers earn most of their wealth advertising in magazines, so that has to say something.

Yes, though I agree marketing without word-of-mouth or referral marketing is a sure fire way to bankrupt businesses. If you don't have a product or service that others are going to be excited to introduce to their friends then game over.

    Thanks for the post.

one of the cheapest, quickest, and most effective marketing strategies is to do a joint venture or integration marketing. Have you heard the term 'other people's money'? well in reality you can and you should be using other people's resources, ethically of course.

Think about it right now there is a business out there most likely in your neighborhood that deals with the exact client you want to be working with. The trick is to find a business that has your clients but is not in direct competition with your product or service, simply contact them and work out a deal. Website owners do this everyday, here is qa link to an article that explains it much better than I can Host Beneficiary Relationship Marketing

You should also be asking for referrals and develop a system to get them, this is word or mouth, a refereed lead has a much higher percentage of buying than a non refereed lead, if you can then get those poeple to refereed more poeple to you it then become a self perpetual system and you will never have to spend a dime on advertising again.

Integration marketing is also extremely powerful - think of Coke Cola, have you ever seen a Coke Shop? I doubt it however if you go into a McDonald's store what drink do they offer you? that right a coke, coke is a great example of this, it is simply Integration your product or service with another company. again many online marketers do this by placing a banner on another website owners 'Thank You' page when someone subscribes or buys something to their newsletter. The product owner will happily give the website owner a percentage of the sale with someone buys though their 'Thank You Page' banner.

If you like word of mouth, then I would suggest learning a bit more about social media, as social media marketing really is based on the same concept, and if you think the internet is too wide spread think again, focusing locally is easy and there is way less competition.

Anyways I hope this helps and sparks some ideas

NEWEST OFFLINE ADVERTISING EXPLOSION COMING To A CELL PHONE NEAR YOU

    Good topic,

Having been in several online and offline businesses over the years, I have used every medium known to the marketing industry, and no doubt, it all started with referral marketing, the main stay of any successful business in my experience.

With so many mediums to choose from, you have to start somewhere, and referrals take time to build given you need customers first to refer others, so you have to advertise, and based on your type of business, there are hundreds of choices, some good, some not, so learn from your competition is my first tip. Look at other businesses in your category who are well establishes and copy what they are doing when it comes to advertising.

We all know online strategies have exploded over the years, but when it comes to the internet, what worked yesterday does not mean it will work tomorrow, so stay up to date with the trends in online advertising. I have seen it all and used it all, and one thing I have learned is you cannot be stagnant when it comes to marketing, you must stay up with the newest trends, and where Google PPC is dying, you always have to be ahead of next trend so when one drops, you are positioned to be ahead of next trend.

With everyone using smart phones now, this is more than a trend, this is the future in mobile communications, and now it is the texting explosion which is growing similar to how PPC advertising grew in the beginning. Nothing is better than point of sale targeted marketing in all advertising mediums, so think about how effective mobile texting advertising is. Say you own a restaurant, you can send a special 2 for 1 text to your list at lunch time when they are near your establishment to draw them in.

By branding and advertising your business through mobile phones, which most have with them at all times, you can target customers like never before. Imagine if you are a real estate agent, and a person sees a sign on a home and your text ID is on sign which prospect can enter and either reach you directly with text of interest, or you can set up an autoresponder with details on home you can send to customer all within seconds, a far better strategy than a phone tag system now used in most businesses where voice mails rule.

To learn more about this exploding trend in offline advertising, and how you can get a branded ID which when combined with the famous 90210 number which most know and can remember easily, you too can have a text business card to promote and advertise as you build your list with this unique new concept in mobile advertising. Success to all,

For me it has always been networking. Not social networking online but actually going to business events, talking to people and building up a good actual contact list. Also of course getting referrals and word of mouth is the best kind as its easy to convert those leads.

Go to every business event in the area meet people and network with the intention of either doing joint marketing together or atleast gathering some handy leads. Im off to an event in like two hours for exactly that reason...ill update you on how it goes

As traditional as it may sound, direct marketing is one of the most used marketing methods even in today's marketplace. It's not going to be the cheapest method but getting a 3-5% conversion rate can equal great ROI. One of its main purposes if not the main purpose is to get past customers coming back after being dormant for a period of time. And we all like that.
