Best Prepaid Cellphone?

Hey guys, this probably doesn't belong in this forum topic but here it goes: I'm looking into buying a prepaid cellphone with:

• a cheap phone (dont care about downloading, camera, and other such features)
• low calling cost for 6 months
• no roaming costs,hidden fees, etc
• great coverage
• low cost for text
• reliable customer service

I listed these pretty much in order of importance. You see I need a phone for my new real estate venture and any help with this matter is greatly appreciated. THanks!
