Best Espresso machine for Starting A Cafe,, has to make good coffee :)

Hi..

I wanted to post this question to people having experience with coffee business.
I am about to go into opening a Cafe where I will be serving warm sandwiches, Coffee (lates, frapuchinos and such), ice cream and things like that.

What is a good Espresso machine to start with?

Is there a good place or web site to get the equipment for my Cafe (such as Fridges, Sandwich Warmer or toaster, food holders etc.

just steal one from the office....haha just kidding, i am not too familiar with espresso machines, but if you are going to be starting a biz, some due diligence on your part is strongly recommended
