Best Clothing Manufacturers

I know this has been asked 1000s of times, but I am looking to see what the best but cheapest clothing manufacturers there are out there. I am looking to start a running clothing line (possibly adding shoes) so I would need a lot of light fitting material.

Any suggestions?

This depends.. A) where you are wanting your products manufactured(USA,Mexico,Asia... Etc) each has it's own set of advantages/disadvantages. B) what do you want your brands image to be?

Well, I really wouldn't care where I get them from. As long as they are high quality, but am also looking for something very inexpensive. I plan on starting out small and selling to my running connections before I even attempt to go national.

I want my brands image to be a very running friendly brand, comfortable running clothes. I have ran for a long time now and have worn annoying itchy, heavy running gear over and over again.
