I think you have some decent thoughts, but I've started zoning out because I'm just tired of all the name dropping. You don't have to brag about who you know and what their title is or what they do in EVERY single post for people to find value in what you have to say. Rather, you're harming the value of your input since myself, as well as other people I'm sure, would rather pass than listen to another ranting boast about an acquaintance.
