    Bank Loan Successes

    Hey everyone,

    I am looking to aquire about 100k from a bank and I was just wondering if anyone else has had any success i obtaining around 100k or more in financing from a bank, and if so do you have any tips?

    I once got about 150k (€) from a bank, but they only approved it after I could show the last 3 years of my companies financial reports.
    Without that I would not have a chance. Banks don't take risk, they only want security and collateral.

    Problem with banks is, they give you an umbrella just in case it is gonna rain, and when the chance is increasing that it is gonna rain, they will ask the umbrella back.

    So what if its for first time start up capital? I have a house with a fair bit of equity that im willing to put up.

    With good credit you could usually get around $25-$50k line of credit backed by the SBA for a new company with no history.
