Auto Recurring Service – Features???

Hello,
I am from an Internet Marketing Company with clients worldwide
I am looking for an Online Payment/Billing Service to get paid for my services. I am primarily looking for the feature “Auto Recurring Service”. Can you please let me know if this feature is available with any online service provider?

If it is available, can you please clarify these too?

• Automatic Reminder for the date of payment
• Automatic Reminder to client and us, once the transaction is made.
• Flexibility in changing the billing time AND project cost once the order is placed? This is if any client wants to upgrade the project to any next premium package or to extend the project time period.
• Add or Cancel the number of Billing Cycles

Most credit card processors can do this. It's not cheap... the last I checked it was about $500 per month for this service. There may be cheaper out there... I'm not sure
