Auction - win or lose

ok this is new concept for auction we use to play this as game I just like to know what do u think about this concept

I will explain it by example

when some one will bid on more then your prev bid he have to immididalty pay you diffrence if no one bid after him you have to give him on last bid

example : you are selling watch which is worth of 30$ the auction will start at 1$
jack bid for it 5$ --- jack will pay you 4$ immiditly
peter bid 10$ -------peter will pay diff 5 dollar
alex bid 20$ ----- paid diff 10 dollar
rita bid 30$ ---- paid diff 10 dollar
no body bid after rita so watch goes to rita
she got it only for 10$ --
you got 30$

Never going to happen. No consumer will pay money on a site where they are not garenteed to get the product. I can't think of any way that would work because people won't pay for nothing, even the "opportunity" to bid on an item. Sorry, it's an original idea which is good but not going to fly with consumers.
