this is a very general question - but you will want to look at what the affiliate network can offer you. So far base on my experience I enjoy NBA azoogle and cpastorm. they proved to be very valuable not just in payouts but affilaitemanagers as well.

first find out what you enjoy doing because if you do not enjoy what you are doing you will not put out your heart in your business. find a model with your idea. seee if it is viable and can be done with your finances or if you are doing it by yourself

ordering your own product I do not think will be the healthiest - the reason for this is because someone probably already ordered it and it is out there. You want to be unique when creating your own product. with affiliate marketing it is all about promotion and getting the targeted traffic to the offer.

I personally do both I creat my own products which you can seeon my blog and I promote other peoples product as well via affilaite marketing. you always do not never need an inventory with creating your own you may especially if it is not digital. also - the branding with creating your own, gaining trust, with affilaite there usualy is already some type of trust and brand.

I suggest to do affiliate marketing first. it is easier and will give you broader ideas to make your own products

these types of sites it look like in your signature are more on the ecommerce end and the middle link looks like it is for recruiting. ecommerce is one of the hardest ones to promote because of branding, I say anyways but promoting your product around one of the name brand im assuming the power drink can brning you good traffic.

just write some content so the search engines can index you and make it unique. also list yourself in public directories for the powermall. another great and fast way is through PPC which will easily provide you the targeted traffic you may need
